Details: Émile Gallé was a French artist and designer who worked in glass, and is considered to be one of the major innovators in the French Art Nouveau movement. Originals date back to the early 20th Century and at auction can bring tens of thousands. This is a reproduction of such pieces, including an imitation signature on the shade. It's a lovely decorative lamp and nicely captures the warmth and style of Gallé.
